As soon as your order is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an Order Dispatched Confirmation email informing you that your order is accepted and ready to be shipped: this email includes a Track & Trace link.

Clicking on this link you will be redirected to our shipping partner’s webpage, where you can follow the status of your parcel. It may take up to 24 hours upon receipt of your T&T link before the first tracking data is available. Your package will be delivered to your door by DHL.

Enter the tracking number for your shipment in the Tracking or InfoNotice Numbers field, and select the Track button. This will take you to the Tracking Summary page. When you track your shipment, you'll know the exact date to expect it.

Not at home when the DHL driver comes?

The driver will leave a card notifying you that they'll try to deliver again the next workday.

You can plan this new delivery and select a redelivery option on the DHL website.

Enter your reference number and postcode on the DHL website and then select the redelivery or collect option you'd prefer.

You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at your local Pickup parcelshop, or come to the depot to pick it up.

If there's no one at home on the second delivery attempt, the driver will leave a card stating that you can collect the parcel at a DHL sorting center.

You’ll then have five days to collect the parcel, after which it will be returned to us.
