General delivery information

LÂME CŒUR Paris uses DHL Express delivery.

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipping includes an insurance in case of loss or theft: LÂME CŒUR Paris guarantees to send you back the same dress purchased.

Please note that NO reimbursement will be made.

We need you to provide a complete shipping address and include a business name, apartment number, or suite number if applicable.

We suggest using a business address if a person is not available at your residence to sign for and accept the package.

Changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our receipt of your order.

Delivery time may vary depending on your country but we always ship our items with fast, tracked with signature delivery !

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery can be offered but please contact us before ordering !
Availability and fees for rush delivery varies between products.

Loss & Delay of Delivery

Lâme Coeur Paris declines all responsibility in case of delay of delivery attributable to the transporter. If the case arises, the Client is therefore advised to contact the carrier to establish the state of delivery of the package.
